Camp Refund Policy
To receive a full camp refund you must notify our office no less than 14 days prior to the start of camp and then send a written doctors notification to our office verifying the injury that will not allow you to participate.
To receive a 75% camp refund you must notify our office prior to the start of camp and then send a written doctors notification to our office verifying the injury that will not allow you to participate or due to family emergency.
We are unable to return a full refund less than 14 days before a camp due to the expenses of hiring additional coaches for the expected numbers and the courts that have been rented.
There is a NO REFUND policy for no shows at all camps without prior notification to our office.
