All Skills
Camps

This camp will focus on attacking, blocking, passing/defense, setting, and serving/jump serving.  Our goal is to improve each individual’s overall volleyball skills to be prepared to play at a higher level.

Hitter Camps
This camp focuses on developing more powerful and efficient attacking skills. We will concentrate on improving footwork for all hitting positions and improving the speed and power of the arm swing while incorporating proper  technique for a healthy shoulder, back and abs. We will video tape all hitters and review the video with each hitter.

Defensive Camps
This camp focuses on improving passing, digging, and blocking skills.  Our goal is to improve each individual’s efficiency and accuracy by  teaching proper techniques that will allow defensive play ers the  ability to cover more court with great ball control.

Setter/Hitter Camp
This camp is a unique camp in which each position gets  two 1/2 days of camp.  The hitters will take the morning session of day 1 from 8:30-noon, then the setters will take the afternoon session of day 1 from 1-4:30.  Then both hitters and setters will return the 2nd day from 8:30-noon.  By combining setters with hitters we work on live tempo, timing, and placement.  If a player wants to to both hitting and setting they can, they attend all 3 sessions as a hitter and setter and will work on all aspects of both positions.

Position Camp

Competition
Camps

For the first 1/2 of this camp we will focus on each position and the movements that will make you better and more efficient at your position. During the afternoon session you will be in a competitive format with emphasis put on each position within that competition.

9th Grade Camp
This camp is for individuals entering 9th grade this fall.  It is a camp to help you be your best at tryouts for your HS program.  We will focus on all skills and what many HS coaches are looking for during the tryouts.  Campers have stated the skill training and information were tremendously helpful.
