PLYO CITY Formerly known as Dynamic Training Want to train like Olympians Kerri Walsh & Misty May?
TVA has the official program that these WORLD CLASS volleyball legends train with. This fall you can get in better shape, become quicker, jump higher, and improve your core strength just like Misty and Kerri.

The types of conditioning featured:

Jump Training
-
Involves testing vertical at the beginning and end of the session and work with plyometrics and power jumping
- Core Training
-
Involves conditioning the abdomen, oblique and back muscles to keep the body in it’s strongest shape for dealing with all types of volleyball movements

Speed (Footwork) Training
-
Involves increasing the footspeed through quickness drills in all directions
- Agility Training
-
Involves improving an athlete’s coordination through drills that involve changing direction as quickly as possibly while staying balanced

PlyoCity training will start Nov. 30, 2009 and continue until Apr. 23, 2010.
You can choose to train on two of the following nights, Mon, Tues, Wed or Thur nights from 7:00-7:30.
There will be no PlyoCity training from Dec 18-Jan. 3rd.
Testing will take place on Nov, 30, Dec 1, 2, & 3. Please attend the two nights to test that you will be training on. Pick up a yellow scorecard from the coach handing them out near the testing area.
